The Gateway Test Platform provides a comprehensive solution for migrating and executing SoapSonar test cases across Broadcom and Kong gateways. The service allows users to run tests, compare results, and generate reports.
3. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials
- All activities that occur under their account
- Ensuring that their use of the platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations
- Providing accurate information when configuring test environments
4. Limitations of Use
Users may not:
- Use the platform to conduct denial of service attacks or other harmful activities
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
- Use the platform to test systems without proper authorization
- Share access credentials with unauthorized individuals

All content, features, and functionality of the Gateway Test Platform, including but not limited to the design, software code, and analytics engines, are owned by the platform provider and are protected by intellectual property laws.

The platform provider reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the service without prior notice for conduct that violates these Terms of Use.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
8. Limitation of Liability
The platform provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
9. Changes to Terms
The platform provider reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
