End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and the Gateway Test Platform regarding your use of the Gateway Test Platform software and services.

1. Grant of License

Subject to the terms of this EULA, the Gateway Test Platform grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software and services for testing and evaluating API gateway performance and compatibility.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the software
• Use the software for any illegal purpose
• Transfer, sublicense, or provide the software to any third party
• Use the software to develop a competing product

3. Ownership

The software is licensed, not sold. The Gateway Test Platform retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the software, including all intellectual property rights.

4. User Data

You retain all rights to the test data and results generated through your use of the software. However, you grant the Gateway Test Platform a license to use anonymized performance metrics and usage statistics to improve the service.

5. Support and Updates

Support and updates for the software are provided according to the service level agreement in effect for your subscription plan.

6. Term and Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. THE GATEWAY TEST PLATFORM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE GATEWAY TEST PLATFORM BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

9. Export Regulations

You agree to comply with all applicable international and national laws that apply to the software, including export regulations.

10. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by the laws of the Netherlands without regard to conflicts of laws principles.

11. Entire Agreement

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Gateway Test Platform concerning the software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous oral or written communications.
